RMGB

A quest for modernity

These two are characterized by a stillness of their own. For over a decade, Guillaume Gibert and Baptiste Rischmann have been cultivating their discretion as much as their aesthetic convictions, preferring to let their work speak for itself. As a result, RMGB designs each project as a unique piece, tailored to the requirements of its users and the spaces they occupy. Guillaume and Baptiste forge a genuine bond with their clients, composing interior architecture of great elegance and devoid of pretension.

While one of them tends towards more vibrant palettes, the other tempers with a meticulous line. Avoiding heavy-handed combinations or decorative overload, they create singularity without sacrificing comfort. Always striving for the right architectural gesture, RMGB invents new arrangements of volume, light and materials. Materials that are fully expressed through the skill of the craftspeople who work with the studio to realize their projects. Guillaume and Baptiste see shine, texture and contrast as assets in the eclecticism of their creations.

Over the years, these two friends have continued to expand their own culture through artistic encounters and travel, educating their eye to all forms of beauty. Regardless of scale, value or period, they consider every piece with the same degree of attention. Their aesthetic convictions accompany clients in curating artworks or gallery pieces. It is with the same meticulous attention that the duo design pieces of bespoke furniture. A rich vocabulary of seating, lighting and tables has accompanied the studio’s projects since it was founded.

Guillaume and Baptiste invest the same energy in each new project. In the world of decoration, they like to be seen as craftspeople. They have that patience, and a taste for well-designed things. They draw inspiration from the past without nostalgia, always looking for modernity.
