MAXIME BOUSQUET

Maxime Bousquet studied at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Versailles before graduating as a trained architect in 2012. He first sharpened his eye and sense of composition as he worked alongside renowned architect Joseph Dirand before developing his artistic sensibility at the prestigious Studio KO. In 2020, he founded his own agency in Paris.

He now works on private residencies and retail projects where he applies a global, narrative approach with a strongly visual creative process. Drawing inspiration from both historical and contemporary references, Maxime Bousquet is passionate about storytelling. Infusing spaces with a touch of nostalgia, his decors and atmospheres enable dialogues between the past, present and future.

Project after project, the French architect reinvents the idea of discreet elegance with clean lines and precise compositions. His spaces reflect his strong eye for objects and furniture as well as his affinity for craftsmen and artists. Employing a rich array of materials, Maxime Bousquet’s interiors convey emotions and redefine a rigorous yet relaxed sense of luxury.
