The Bureau is based on a French work- and lifestyle, with communal areas and workstations designed for people, interaction and comfort. The Bureau brings together ambitious entrepreneurs from dynamic and influential networks who have opted for this contemporary, flexible and well-designed concept. While The Bureau is committed to facilitating in-depth reflection and innovation through a wide range of dedicated services, as well as closed offices providing privacy for confidential strategy meetings, the spaces also foster a climate of exchange and a sense of community. Gastronomy is important in each of The Bureau’s sites; they all have a restaurant with a dedicated chef and are designed to be conducive to meetings around shared meals. Members can attend regularly scheduled seminars on major business trends. The Bureau has been a leading force in recent years in the evolution of working modes in France and is now a major brand with a strong aesthetic identity. The Bureau adopted the same innovative vision for the upcoming launches of three new sites in Paris. Located between the Opéra and the Bourse, the hub of the Paris business district, these sites stand out for their strategic locations, the excellence of services on offer, their aesthetic appeal and their sense of community.

ABOUT THE BUREAU - QUATRE SEPTEMBRE

The Bureau’s third location is in the sought-after neighborhood between the Place de l’Opéra and the Bourse, making it a strategic venue. Designed by the architect Franklin Azzi, The Bureau Monsigny was created as a showcase on the city, with a vast, transparent ground floor. The design of the communal areas pays homage to the open-floor layout developed in the late 1950s in Frank Lloyd Wright’s Mid-century American homes. The Socialite Family once again oversaw the interior design, creating a visual unity among the different locations. The upper floors have closed offices, creating an ideal setting for concentrated work and privacy. Members can take advantage of services that foster a sense of comfort, wellbeing and productivity. The restaurant The Comptoir is one of the key assets of this new site, hosting members as well as guests for a shared experience: offering meals at lunch, it transforms into a wine bar at the end of the day. The site also has a lounge where members can enjoy a morning coffee.
